Conditions of use for the ℏIntel dashboards.

What this service is

ℏIntel produces analytics dashboards from two sources: messages in Hedera Discord channels the server administrators have granted the bot access to, and public posts and comments from r/Hedera. It is operated by a moderator of the Hedera community for community-management purposes. It is not a Discord, Reddit or Hedera Hashgraph product.

Who may use it

The Discord dashboard is for authorised Hedera community staff and moderators. Access is by password; do not share it outside that group. The Reddit dashboard and the summary landing page cover already-public content and may be shared more freely.

Acceptable use

• Use the data for community management: support, moderation, safety and reporting.
• Do not use it to harass, target, dox or retaliate against any individual.
• Do not republish member names alongside message content outside the staff group.
• Do not attempt to bypass the access controls on the Discord dashboard.

Accuracy and limitations

Figures are derived measurements and should be read as indicative, not authoritative:

• Sentiment is scored by a keyword and rule-based classifier. It is a proxy and it misreads sarcasm, context and mixed messages. A "negative" flag is a prompt for a human to look, never a judgement about a person.
• Answered / unanswered counts rely on detectable replies or @-mentions. A helpful reply that does neither is not counted, so the unanswered queue over-reports.
• Period comparisons are shown only when the change exceeds the statistical noise for that sample size; smaller movements are reported as "within noise" rather than as trends.
• Join figures from Discord log channels may combine joins and departures where the underlying records do not distinguish them; the dashboard labels these accordingly.
• Archive gaps. The Reddit archive has known coverage gaps, and recent data may be incomplete.

Do not use these figures as the sole basis for a decision affecting an individual.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on it.

Third-party platforms

ℏIntel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord, Reddit or Hedera Hashgraph. Use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. Data collection follows Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy; Discord data is gathered only through the official Bot API, never through user-token exports.

How data is collected, stored and removed is described in the Privacy Policy, including how to opt out or request deletion.

Changes

These terms may change; material changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated to Hedera community staff. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
